1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within:

• USA, Canada, UK, Australia: 4-10 business days

• Europe: 4-10 business days

• Other countries: 4-20 business days

Some products may ship separately to speed up delivery.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track it anytime on our Track My Order page.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Most of our items include free shipping worldwide. If a shipping fee applies, it will be shown clearly at checkout.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it: petivista@gmail.com. After that, we can’t guarantee changes before it ships.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?

We’ve got your back! If your item is damaged or gets lost, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — just email us with your order number and a photo (if applicable).

6. Do you accept returns?
